Assistance to Separated Families (Tracing Service)

Description
This service helps families who have been separated and tries to find people who are missing because of wars, fights inside a country, natural disasters, or moving to a new place anywhere in the world.
The Tracing Service does a few main things:
- Search for people who have been lost because of wars, fights inside a country, or natural disasters;
- Search for family members who are missing for serious reasons like health;
- Help families talk to each other if normal communication is not possible because of fighting in their area;
- Find proof that someone was taken to prison or forced to work so that the family members can make a claim;
- Help to find the graves of soldiers who died in wars.
The service is available in the following languages:
- Ukrainian
- Czech
- Russian
- English
Accessibility & Additional information:
- This service is for family members (blood relatives) of missing persons;
- Prior appointment is required (phone, email);
- The service is provided during national holidays;
- The service is completely free of charge;
- Barrier-free environment;
- Separate and barrier-free toilets for women and men;
- Presence of female staff.
