The Pocket Project

Last updated: 5/10/2024

Description

This service provides a space where people fleeing war can start processing their experiences under the supervision of professionals. Within the Ukraine Support Project, a team of facilitators, therapists, and coaches offer individual sessions and group talks to Ukrainians and those who support them. The goal is to strengthen the position of individuals and promote social stability.

This service offers:

  • Individual sessions – If you are Ukrainian or support Ukrainian refugees and would like some support and grounding yourself, sign up here for a 1:1 session. These sessions take place through zoom and are free of charge. You can sign up here: https://pocketproject.org/ukraine-support-project/#session-one-o-one/
  • Group calls – Trauma-informed facilitators and the safety of a well-facilitated, coherent group space offer participants the opportunity to come together and ground themselves in somatic awareness, deep listening, and inner resilience.
