Description

The integration center offers a range of integration activities for children and their mothers, completely free of charge. Currently, the center is conducting:

  • Czech and English language courses for children of various ages and adults.
  • Leisure activities (drawing, playing board games, cooking workshops).
  • General educational courses (such as computer literacy).
  • Consultations with specialists (psychosocial support club for adults).

Newly also:

  • Excursions around Prague and the Czech Republic for the whole family.
  • Sports activities, including yoga, stretching, and Latin American dances.
  • Journalism school for teenagers: A program focused on developing media skills and critical thinking among young people.
  • Plastun Scouts meetings: Regular meetings that enhance skills in nature and create a strong sense of belonging and cooperation. This activity is analogous to the Czech organization Junák but is intended for the Ukrainian community.

Some of the courses now require a minimal fee, usually between 200 to 300 crowns per month, which is intended to cover the lecturers' salary costs.
