Short-term Shelter, Ostrava

From April 1, 2024, short-term shelter will be provided only in Ostrava.

This service provides short-term shelter to individuals waiting for the opening of the Regional Assistance Centre for Ukraine and those waiting for temporary protection with no accommodation of their own. 

Places offering short-term shelter are open non-stop. 

Prior to visiting, it is always necessary to call and check in at the provided phone number.
