Department of Foreigners' Residence, Ústí nad Labem Region, Chomutov

This office of the Ministry of the Interior deals with issues related to the stay of foreigners:

• Applications for extending the stay on a long-term visa,
• Applications for permission for long-term residence or extension of its validity,
• Applications for permission for permanent residence,
• Applications for confirmation of temporary residence on the territory (if you are an EU citizen),
• Applications for permission for the temporary residence of a family member of an EU citizen or extension of a residence card,
• Reporting changes of residence or other changes related to your stay in the Czech Republic,
• Applications for issuance of a residence confirmation.

Other services:

• In the same building, there is also Center for the Integration of Foreigners (Mon, Wed 8:00–15:00, Tue, Thu 8:00–14:00).
• There is a post office nearby.

Details about the workplace:

• The entire workplace is located on the 1st floor.
• The entrance for wheelchair access and elevator is from Erbenová Street. To enter, please ring the bell.

Important:

Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday are by appointment only and at a scheduled time. Appointments can be made by phone.

The Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic recommends that clients make an appointment before visiting the workplace: clients with appointments are given priority and thus avoid longer waiting times. In extreme cases, walk-in clients may not be served!
