The Outreach Program, Hradec Králové

The Outreach Program offers support to migrants in difficult life situations outside of a regular office. The aim is to help clients become more independent and knowledgeable about their new country. The program involves visiting clients at their homes or other places there might be located in.

With this service, new-coming migrants can:

• Learn about available services in their area.
• Find solutions in critical situations and options for solving problems together with our social worker.
• Get informed about the labor market and possibilities of finding a job, learn about available positions.
• Gain a better understanding of the Czech legal system and assistance in solving their problems.
• Improve their orientation in Czech society.
• Learn about rights and obligations in CZ to eliminate wrong steps due to not knowing the law.
