The mission of the expert social counseling service is to give foreigners living in Prague important details linked with the process of becoming part of the Czech community and help them with solving certain life situations set in advance. 

This service helps with:

• Searching for kindergartens and schools.
• Recognizing foreign education (nostrification).
• Help in looking for doctors, places to live.
• Help in job searching and writing or changing CVs.
• Details about health and social insurance.
• Counselling about marriage, birth, death.
• Expert help when talking to officials.
• Pensions and social benefits.
• Starting a business.
• Getting citizenship.
• Going with clients to official places and other state institutions.
