Integration Center Prague offers free legal advice, mainly concerning the Law on the Residence of Foreigners.

This service helps with:

• Extending residence permit, changing the purpose of residence permit, applications for residence permit and appeals.
• Family reunification.
• Application for citizenship.
• Reading and understanding official documents, especially from the Ministry of Interior of Czech Republic.
• Basic consultation regarding all types of contracts (rental, work, etc.)
• Basic advice in entering and ending a marriage, help with discrimination, verifying documents, and so on.
