• Accompaniment to any public institutions (hospitals, nursery schools, immigration police, etc.).
• Interpretation during meetings at public institutions – both in person and online.
• Redirecting clients to lawyers or ICP social workers, public institutions, or other non-profit organizations that are best suited to address client’s situation.
• General advice on how to learn Czech and understand Czech culture faster, and information about the basics necessary for living in Prague.
