This service provides:

• Information and support in the field of housing.
• Solutions for crisis situations related to housing loss.
• Assistance in finding new housing for those in a crisis situation.
• In specific cases, the situation can be addressed directly at the accommodation site.

The service is provided as part of a project aimed at supporting and preventing housing loss, by the public benefit company Romdorom in collaboration with IOM.

It is available throughout the Czech Republic.

• The service is intended for the citizens of Ukraine who are temporary protection holders or have applied for it..
• No prior appointment is required.
• Closed on public holidays.
• Free of charge.
• The building is not wheelchair-friendly.
• The building does not have an elevator.
• This location has female staff.
• Separate and barrier-free toilets for men and women.
