Description

This service offers a wide range of help and support activities such as professional social counseling, dealing with employers, going with clients to official meetings, preparing necessary documents for applications, and handling emergency situations. It is for all foreigners in the Pilsen Region who are facing difficult life situations.

The service is given both in the field, meaning directly where clients are located or live, and in an outpatient way (in the office).

The service especially helps with these issues:

  • Orientation in society: Making it easier to adapt to new social and cultural conditions.
  • Legal and social counseling: Specializing in employment and migration issues, including problems with paying wages, withholding wages, holding documents, and forced labor.
  • Accompanying clients in dealings with institutions: Helping with communication with various authorities, including the Department of Asylum and Migration Policy, Foreign Police, social security, labor office, Labor Inspectorate, doctors, and health insurance companies.
  • Support with employers: Helping with negotiations and solving work-related disputes.
  • Preparing documents for lawsuits and applications: Making paperwork for the labor inspectorate, visa applications, residence permits, and social benefits.
  • Assistance in emergency situations: Helping when documents are lost or expire.
  • Translation and interpreting: Providing language support in Russian, Ukrainian, English, Romanian, Moldovan.
