Professional Social Counseling and Legal Services

proFem, o.p.s. is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that has been assisting victims of domestic and sexual violence for over 30 years to regain a full life free from fear.

Professional Social Counseling

Helps clients understand their situation, identify their needs, and plan steps that will lead to an improved life. Social workers act as guides on the path to change and to other available services at the PORT center for victims of sexual violence.

Legal Counseling

Provides support to clients in legal matters, such as drafting a criminal complaint. Legal counseling includes accompanying the client through all stages of the criminal process and offers the possibility of legal representation. It also advises on the steps a client can take and the rights they have.

Counseling in Ukrainian

Either by appointment via email at poradna@profem.cz or you can call the line +420 774 433 031 on Wednesdays from 9:00 to 12:00, when the intercultural worker is available on the phone.

Legal Help Line

Telephone legal counseling in Czech and English at +420 608 222 277 every Wednesday from 17:30 to 20:30.
