People in Need operates in every region of Czech Republic and offers various services for Ukrainian refugees, both adults and children, including teenagers.

In the Ústí Region, clients can access social counseling and educational support, assistance with interpretation, processing necessary documents, and obtaining social benefits, as well as basic orientation in the system. If needed, service workers provide clients with basic clothing and food.

Here, clients can use several services:

  • Individual counseling – This service supports adult refugees war in dealing with visa issues, labor-law matters, housing, finding doctors, enrolling in schools, and so on. If necessary, the service provides accompaniment to meetings and basic interpretation and translation assistance. The service operates throughout the region.
