Description

This service connects tutors with incomers* interested in tutoring.

The NESEHNUTÍ organization, in cooperation with the Faculty of Education at MUNI, facilitates the tutoring. Its role involves not only pairing tutors and students but also supporting communication between them. Tutors, who are volunteers, are carefully selected to meet specific needs, and either have an educational background or are studying at the Faculty of Education. The tutoring sessions themselves take place at a location agreed upon by the incomer and the tutor (at school, in a library, or at the requester's home). The speed of finding a suitable tutor depends on the availability of volunteers and the specific needs of the requester.

If you are interested in tutoring, please contact the organization at the email address provided below.

*Who is an incomer? The terms most commonly used are "foreigner" or "migrant". However, the organization NESEHNUTÍ prefers to use the term "incomer" because they believe it does not evoke as many negative associations and can encompass a broader spectrum of people coming to the Czech Republic.
